How the team-building session at Paint Barcelona works
The experience lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. No previous experience is needed; in fact, it works best when nobody in the group has painted before.
The process:
- Welcome and introduction. Your team arrives at our studio in El Born. The self-service mini bar is open from the start, with drinks and homemade cakes included.
- Choosing a format. Each participant chooses their piece: canvas, ceramics or fan. There's also a collaborative format where the whole team works on a shared piece.
- Free painting with the Print & Trace method. The design is traced in minutes, with no creative block. Then everyone paints with fluorescent colours at their own pace.
- The UV moment. When the lights go off and the black light comes on, the colours burst into life. It's the moment everyone photographs.
- Wrap-up. Participants take their piece home. The team leaves with a shared memory that won't end up in a drawer.
